Heat treatment
We can carry out all of the following heat treatments on the forged parts at our own company.
- Quenching and tempering
- Isothermal annealing
- Stress-free annealing
- Soft annealing
- Normal annealing
- Solution annealing
- B4 annealing from the forge heat
- +P precipitation hardening (formerly BY-treatment)
Mechanical processing
We handle the further processing of products for many customers because outsourcing preliminary stages in the production process simplifies the work and saves money. After the forging blanks have been finished, we carry out the mechanical processing of the products.
Modern CNC machines are then used to process the products according to the specifications of our customers. This involves turning and milling operations, as well as drilling, rubbing and thread cutting processes. Complete processing is possible at all times on the turning and milling centres. Our wide range of production processes enables subsequent further processing or the direct fitting of the finished parts.
